GROOVE + ALIGN
Control, breathe, and ALIGN...

Want to heal, strengthen, move and groove throughout your day-to-day life? Our 50 min. Align classes are designed for those who are new to Pilates or for the more experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their current practice and technique.
​
With a strong focus on technique and alignment, you will learn the foundations of Pilates (Centering, Precision, Control, Breath and Flow) and how to safely move your body on the Reformer machine while still receiving a full body workout with an emphasis on precision and control. Props, modifications as well as extra challenge options for those that need them will be given to suit all fitness levels!

Who is this class for?

Groove + Align classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be modified to suit different needs and abilities. Our Align classes are a great way to improve overall strength and mobility, as well as reduce stress and tension in the body. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, Align is the perfect place to start.

GROOVE + GRIND
Sculpt, Tone, and GRIND...

Get ready to Grind in our ultimate cult class favorite! Sculpt your body while elongating your muscles as you move, groove & flow through a seamless sequence of dynamic movements that connect you deep to your core. This 50 min. class establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness!
In this full-body conditioning workout, you will learn to build on the foundational pilates exercises and experience fun, heart pumping contemporary choreography. With these challenging series of functional movement patterns, you will strengthen, tone, firm, balance your body, and improve posture ; while giving you the burn you know and love from the reformer!

Who is this class for?

Groove + Grind classes are ideal for those who are comfortable building on the skills and techniques learned in Align classes and who are ready to challenge their muscles in new ways. It is recommended that you attend 4 Align classes before trying Grind.

Open Level Reformer Class. Recommended 4 Align classes before starting. Not appropriate for clients with serious injuries.
GROOVE + BURN
Push it to the limit and BURN...

Come burn down the house with our high intensity, fast paced, athletic reformer class that tones the entire body! Our Burn classes are all about power, endurance, sweat and good vibes; while focusing on strengthening your arms, abs, & "ass''ets. You will challenge your mind + body while moving through beat-based functional choreographed movements. It's legit - 50 minutes of complete and total body sculpting!
Burn classes are designed for students who want to explore their boundaries and build on the foundations developed in our Align and Grind classes. These classes are created to challenge your strength through different load and spring tensions with the use of various Pilates props, long holds and elements of cardio sprinkled throughout. Planks, pushups, squats & more... You will leave feeling invigorated and empowered with groovy endorphins flowing!

Who is this class for?

Groove + Burn classes are ideal for those who have a strong foundation in Pilates and who are looking to take their practice to new heights. These classes are not suitable for beginners, for those with injuries or during pregnancy.

Advanced Level Reformer Class. Not appropriate for clients with injuries or during pregnancy. Instructor invitation encouraged.

A combination of Tower + Mat + Circuit,: we’re taking your favorite Pilates movements and adding a playful twist that will keep you engaged, motivated, and moving throughout the class! From creative props, weights to beat based movements, this class is all about exploring your strength, balance, and flexibility in a cheerful and supportive environment! We will guide you through each station, inspiring you to embrace the joy of movement and find delight in challenging yourself. Pilates Playground classes are ideal for anyone looking to add elements of circuit training cardio mixed with tower + mat pilates strength to their practice. All levels welcome!

GROOVE + FLOW
Stretch, balance, and FLOW...

Feel taller, stronger and stretched in our mat Flow! Build your foundation and learn the fundamentals of pilates in this full body 45 min. mat pilates class. This class is all about alignment, breathing, centering, balance, flow and teaches you what the exercises should feel like off the reformer so you can fine tune your technique when you are on!
Groove + Flow is a great class for newbies and seasoned practitioners that need a refresh or a just a mental release from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Not only will you develop a great understanding of mind + body connection, with the use of props, we promise you’ll feel your abs the next day! This class ends with dedicated stretch and recovery for a blissful reset and release!

Get ready to groove + shake with us! Introducing our new ‘Groove + Shake : Express ABS & A$$ CLA$$’ – 30 minutes of intense, sweat dripping, fun-filled movement. In this class, It’s all about hard-core pilates moves, weights, props, fab tunes, and getting that A$$ peachy...aka we use our BALA 3lb, 10lb. + 15lb. weights plus booty bands, magic circles and more for ultimate ab and glute sculpting! Plus in this session, we werk & twerk to a booty-poppin’ playlist curated & choreographed by our dance & group fitness guru, Crystal.
